Today’s Name Day is Gunder, Gunnar. Lars middle name is Gunnar. Only one I know. Today I went to town with Jenn to deliver Bill to his truck. He is headed to New Jersey. Then we did some shopping at Sam’s. Had a great lunch at Chili’s before picking up the wedding invitations. At home I looked up some addressses. Then we stuff envelopes & finally got them all addressed. Did not take too long. Still no car. We called on the status & we should be able to get it tomorrow sometime. I hope the window works for good this time. Now I can head to the car wash!!! Jo spent last nite in her pen with a NEW gate she could not climb over. It was ugly. She let us know — at the top of her lungs — that she was not happy. It is a huge pen with a cozy dog igloo full of straw. She absolutely does not like to be there, but it is nice we can get a nites sleep!! With the politics here heating up, friends & family are sending tons of political emails to me. Unfortunately, no one has bothered to ask my political position & seem to assume I am what they are. I get emails attacking my beliefs, my candidates, who I am because they are clueless & apparently do not care enough to ask my opinions. This happened 3 years ago. So I sent a few emails doing the same to them. OMG!!! A cousin from out of state got so irate with me. Well, duh?! Why is it ok for him but not for me. I finally sent an email requesting no more political emails be sent to me. Worked for a while, but during the last 6 months, the garbage has started again. A new email goes out tomorrow. I was ignoring them but I just got one that was created to hurt one candidate in particular & to create fear & prejudice. I will be no part of this. We have had enough lies & fear mongering for the last 7 years to last a lifetime. Fred & Ash are coming to see our pup pretty soon. Probably need something nice to take their minds off Kim leaving.
