I go to Denver so often but no photos of the mountains I can get to easily. So here is a view from Marstrand Sweden. It looks mountain-like. This was taken on the south side of the island.

Today’s Name Day is Jan, Jannike. I do not know these names. Today is my friend Klint’s birthday. I stopped to see him at work. He returns to college soon. Grattis Klint!! Today was swedish group. I had to be president today. The usual one was sick. I am getting used to doing it. It all went well. I ran a few errands in Lindsborg then Salina. I went to the car wash. Finally. A clean car. Jo is back to normal today. This morning, she had found a way out of her pen. She tunneled under the gate!! So. Willie is trying to outsmart her. *giggles* While in town I bought her some pork strips to chew on. For some unknown reason, she barked & barked at it!! She finally got brave enough to get near it & has really enjoyed it. I got her a toy also that she likes. I have had 2 nice things happen recently. A lady who read my other blog is a distant Neywick relative. And she told me where the name Neywick came from. A relative in the late 1700s or early 1800s took the name Neuvijk. It appears to be maybe Dutch. And not a clue how it was pronounced then. But at least we know. Then I got an email on Flickr. A man from Nigeria found my photos of my Nigerian friend. He knows him & had him as an art teacher. We have been emailing each other. Without the internet, I would have never met these 2 people. Gorgeous weather today. So nice to be out. Colder tomorrow.
