Lazy Monday

Namndag: Roger, Rutger Thought for today: Brothers, we have far to go over salty waters, then we’ll find Sweden on the other shore. That is hardly possible? Oh, yes, it’s gladly possible! Pity that Sweden, pity that Sweden should lie so far away!   Well, we missed the bad weather again. It was all north & east of us. One place had grapefruit sized hail. Yikes!!! We are still quite warm but must be less humid. The house is not so sticky today. Jo was sure glad to see Willie last nite. Today she just begs him to go outside & to either get in his truck or on his 4 wheeler. She was fine over the long weekend, but now she wants to make up for lost time. I am faxing again. I am so tired of idiots that sit in an office & are so anxious to get out  & onto their weekend that everything I fax on fridays is somehow lost. I am refaxing 14 pages. Hope they can manage to find it now. Bill is calling to alert them it is on the way. Gees, do your jobs right for a change. This happens all the time. Nothing else going on today. Just home. The kitchen & the laundry are calling my name but I have selective hearing!!! And planning for supper also. Where, oh where is the maid/cook that I hired??? *giggles* I got some very sad news today. Someone that I know is gravely ill. Apparently just diagnosed with lung cancer & will start chemo. This person has a couple of boys, one of whom I know. I am very saddened by the news.
