Thought for today:
Harvest went ok yesterday. The elevator was backed up so we had to haul a few small loads to Falun. We prefer Salina as we get more money for our wheat there. Our driver did not even eat with us. He waved & ran! Wish I had known. I would have fixed him something he could take with. I get today off. Arlie’s wife is cooking supper. I planned to stay home all day but then I got a lunch invite. My dishwasher is not working so I am washing by hand. I got lots caught up yesterday but now there is more. It never ends. And more laundry. You would think an army lives here! It was really hot on wednesday but we had a nice breeze. Was not so bad to be out in the field. Today is to be hotter yet but windy. Maybe rain tomorrow. Gått för dagen. Kanske.
