I worked today. It was a great day. Not one tour but Marsha was there to chat with a bit. And our artist-in-residence arrived just before me. He is a good friend named Rodger Gerberding. It was sooo nice to see him. After he got sort of settled, I sat & talked to him while he painted. A good day. I could have stayed an extra 2 hours!! But we are going to eat out this week.

Willie decided we should go out to eat tonite. Could you hear me oinking?? After all I ate, I ought to sound like a porker. We went to Red Lobster. I had Salmon New Orleans. It is grilled salmon with Cajun spices topped with a shrimp sauce. I swear I heard the angels singing!!!

IF Bill & Jenn were here neither of us saw them. I was teary all morning & driving home from work. But I have recovered. I have survived worse. And I will survive this.

I think my life is finally returning to me. I have plans to meet a friend on monday & on friday. And with the artist during the week once or twice.

Our weather was miserable today. Did not feel too bad going into work but when I left —– YIKES!!!! It was a humid 100F. I love summer. NOT.
