Our weather continues pretty good. Warm but not hot and not so much humidity. Very nice.

I was soo sick yesterday. I started a new medication and it has played havoc with my blood sugar. It was ok at first but the last few days I took it at bedtime. Then around 2am my blood sugar would drop and I would be up to eat. Then yesterday I took it in the morning. Last evening it dropped extremely low. I ate and it returned to normal. An hour later it dropped very low again but returned to normal after eating. If it had happened one more time I was headed to the ER. I stopped that dang pill. Not that important. See my doc soon and will discuss. Today I took less insulin both times. Really paranoid!

I went to Wichita with my friend Connie. We left around 9am and got there as stores opened. One shop was having a huge sale! I got 3 tops soo cheap. Very nice. We went to several other places but nothing else caught my eye.

We ate lunch at a new-to-me place, Bella Luna. Great food! It is very popular! Lots of people were there. Will go back. Then we headed to a department store and a beauty shop. They sell the hair spray I like that is not sold around here.

Then we went to a wonderful place called Belle Monde, a day spa. THIS was the reason for the trip. We each had pedicures. Oh, that was heaven!! Sat in a large charge that massaged my back and my feet soaked and were pampered. Then we each had a facial. More heaven! Plus she massaged my hands, arms, shoulders, neck. Soo relaxing. Then they applied makeup for us. Nice.

We headed back towards McPherson where my car was. Got there and ate supper together at Applebee’s. Nice end to a nice day. And no anxiety once. Need more of these.
