I am a third generation Swedish-American. I am interested with all things Swedish. I have travelled all over Sweden twice & plan many more trips there to visit family & friends.
I worked as a nurse in a hospital in a med-surg unit & then worked in the computer dept. of the hospital. I no longer work but do volunteer work in an art studio. I am an artist wannabe. I try and/or take classes from time to time.
I enjoy spending time with friends or on my laptop. I enjoy politics & art. I do computer generated art & make all my own greeting cards. And for a group I am a member of.
I enjoy travelling, even short distances. I like experiencing new things & new places. My camera is always with me & I take way too many photos. Many of my photos or computer art can be seen on my Flickr account.
I am the genealogist of my family & family is very important to me. Family here & in Sweden & in New Zealand. And while family is important to me, most family near me are too wrapped up in their own lives to actually be family with me.
I have a husband, 1 child, 2 grandkids, a dog, & a cat. I feed the birds & love watching them.

I think I finally have figured out how to get onto your photos at Flickr. I love the photos of Lindsborg. And the ones from the town close to where Bill lives – what town is that? I looked on the photos at Flickr for more of an explanation, but I didn’t see what town that was. I love old buildings.
